I would use Masses for this. Then you can apply Walls to Mass Faces.

...something like this? It's a quickie.

Hello,

I am a student working on a Mosque project that incorporates a dome. I was attempting to model pendentives supporting each corner of the dome but have been struggling to create the desired form in the conceptual mass environment. I am able to create the curved triangular shape I want to achieve but the mass is split into four separate areas that are very prominent when attaching walls by face. I have attached my conceptual mass family and screenshots to assist any understanding. Thank you for any help you can provide.

Try a 4-edge form and cut it with voids. Below shows 3 voids but you can just use one void to cut it in half right at the diagonal.

This is close to the solution I ended up using to achieve the result. I ended up making a square mass and used a spherical void to create the face I wanted without it splitting into multiple faces. Thank you for the critical ideas.
