Revit recent projects screen problem

A strange problem appeared from a couple of days i don't know why?

This screen in the screen shot didn't has that font before, also this black line appeared i don't know why, the problem is that when i installed Revit 2019 the same problem is there too??

Does anyone has any idea about that, i'll be thankful ??

Did you change a Windows Theme? That will affect Revit's info too.

How about your Window's display Zoom? Make sure that it is 150% and lower. Anything higher makes things go wonky in some places...if it is higher than 150% and you like where it is, then leave it and just deal with the wonkiness...

I am using windows 7, is that available in windows 7 too? I think this is
for Windows 10 only

It was introduced in Windows 7...

Control Panel-->Appearance and Personalization-->Display. Make sure it is Medium (125%) or Smaller (100%)
