Strange behavior of a revit file

I work in this model for the past 4 month and i got a really strange problem. The mullion are no more aligned to the lines (they are dancing on the curtain wall lines, the floors and stairs aren't aligning in 3d view or in section.

if a chose any of the object from that project and paste in a new one, everything looks good, if i put a dimension they are good but they are not showing right even when i plot them.

In the picture i attach you can see how mullions are dancing and how the curtain wall line looks like...

even a normal wall isn't filled correctly and its just a normal fill.

if i copy every element from this file to a new file everything looks right.

i tried open the file with audit, making a new copy, nothing works.

The procesor its around 5-30% and the memory 61% and the video card never passed 45% on loading.

i tried activated smooth lines with anti-aliasing but there was no difference.

can someone point me in a direction what can i do, or how can i transfer everything in a new file in a easy way? linking the document to a new file isnt working is showing the same result

I tried copying every level individually to a new file, same think happened. if i copy just a element its ok, if i copy the whole file its the same thing, even if i isolate a wall still dancing...

when i edit the sketch of a stair the sketch looks good after clicking ok goes wrong, i upload a before and after... any idea?

Post a screenshot of all your warnings (expanded) in the project.

Do you have any elements such as CAD import/link too far away from the Origin? Create a new uncropped floor plan (do not duplicate from an old one), zoom extent and see.

Ok, my survey point and project points are 320km away from the project i dont know how i did this, but i manage to move the survey point to the middle of the project, but the project point it cannot be moved more then 16km, so what can i do?

The 10 mile radius limit rule applies to geometry, and is measured from the Internal Origin of the Project. To find the Internal Origin of the Project, select the Project Base Point, unclip it and click on "Move to Startup Location". The location the PBP lands at is the center of the 10 mile radius.

The only way to correct for elements that lay outside this radius, is to physically move them closer to the Internal Origin -- because the IO Location is fixed and cannot move.
