Hi everyone,

I've a problem regarding a linked model I would like to bind but I can't.

The only error message I get is "Unable to bind model".

I checked the forum and found semi-solutions which didn't solved the problem but lead me the right way.

If I remove the structural components - columns, beams, connections, etc. - I'm able the bind linked model.

My question is: What causes the problem with (or inside) the structural component?

I've tried both suggestions.

I can open the model without errors and I've removed all groups.

The problem is the structural components.

how did you solve this? Because I think I am having the exact same issue for the same reasons. I have identified it is my structural elements work set, so I know it's either my steels or structural connections

Ah crap.

Cos for me it is the Architect we have sent our model to can't bind it into their model, and I can't exactly ask them to place the structural connections in manually themselves!

Thanks anyway!
