RPC render appearance not showing inRevit 2020

RPC content appears like a square box in unrendered view and there is nothing appears in rendered view. I uninstalled and reinstalled the software but nothing happens. Template I am using is mine own. Before uninstalling 2019 from my computer everything was working fine.

... you need to re-link your RCPs

... sometimes that happens with a new PC ... or....

.... if you have installed a new version

.... click the RPC box (turn it blue)

.....edit type

... in type properties go to render appearance

... and in the library choose the RPC that you want / need

.... click OK

..... then you will have it

Actually, I recently went through a problematic install of 2020 where the same thing happened. I had to get Autodesk remotely involved to fix it. First off, lets confirm you have RPC content in your RPC folder.

Go here and check: C:\Program Files (x86)\Common Files\Autodesk Shared\Materials\2020\assetlibrary_base.fbm\RPCs

I tried but when I click on Render appearance tab a blank dialogue box

@barthbradley what did Autodesk do to fix it? I am having the same problem in Revit 2020. It's fine in Revit 2019.
