Line based family problem

I want to draw a arrays of boxes as you see picture below. I created a line based family but as you see there's gap between the boxes. What did I do wrong here??

See attachment, is that the way you want it?
I put an offset for the brick and it fills the Length.

Yes Did you array by choosing "2nd"??

I choose "Last" for the array 'cause I assumed they would be the same thing. Can I choose "Last" for this kinds of array?

The next step after you Array to 2nd, is to align/lock the 2nd to a Ref. Plane. That Ref. Plane represents the spacing and is parametrically driven. This parameter is needed in the formula that computes number of elements in Array.

FWIW: You may want to have an Array that computes an end panel width when the overall Length is not equally divisible by the Arrayed panel width. See attached.

Thanks for your reply.

I aligned the edge of the boxes for the spacing instead of the ref plane but then I got a warning message as per image below. Can I align it to the each edges instead of the ref plane?? What would happen if I don't?

You're already seeing what could happen if you don't. The Array is breaking before your eyes. Frankly, I would just follow Revit's advice.

Yes, I did use 2nd. See the attachment for the revised family with the filling end part as @barthbradley mentioned.
