Dizzy lines of Autocad File

I inserted an Autocad File into my Revit file and the lines show "dizzy" and not straight.

The shape in Autocad (left) shows up odd in Revit (right) and keeps changing shapes as I zoom in, making it impossible to select any point and align it to anything whatsoever.

How do I fix this? I need to be able to align the shape perfectly

What kind of objects are they in the AutoCAD file?

2D Polylines.

Try exploding them. Revit doesn't like polylines.

How far away from the Project's Internal Origin is the CAD. Revit has a 10 mile radius limit. If your CAD is beyond that, you can get issues.

File I was messing with recently was 1800miles from the origin... Had to cut and paste into a new project.

Open the CAD file and ZE to check the extent of the linework. If they are too far apart then you need to wblock the portion that you need to a new file and link it in Revit instead. And use center to center when linking then you can move the CAD link afterward.
