Thank for your quick answer. These annotations are embedded in a host family, so space bar rotation on placement only affect the family itself and not the integrate annotation.

Hello,

Does anyone have an idea to always display generic annotations nested in host family horizontally ?

I mean by this automatically, not by using an angle paramater contraining the annotation, or by using multiple annotations with differents angles linked to visibility parameters.

Thanks

why not tag in project rather than anno in family, or are these anno's symbols? But, in answer to your question; there is no "automatic" solution.

Tags are indeed a more flexible solution, but even using the tag all tool, it take much more time to place in each different family than having the text already in the family itself. But if an automatic alway horizontal display for embedded annotation is not possible, tags may be the solution.

The two alternatives you mentioned at the onset are good ones, albeit not automatic.
