Haha. Yes. That would have been my last resort but then again I'll be back to the Void extrusion problem as well. The Footpoint for the Secant Pilewall is level and if i use the Railing option, then I would be stuck with them going past the lower level.

Hi All, I'm currently battling with a Secant Pile wall System whose height shouldnt go beyond the topography. Can anyone please help on how to go about this.

The Piles should end at about 30cm below Topography surface. Usually i would create an in-place void but then when I do, I can'T seem to Cut the Pile System. I can upload the PileWall Family i created if that helps.

One option is to use a railing that is hosted to the topography and extends downwards, with an offset to bring it below ground level.

You should probably be able to cut those with voids if you tick cut with voids in the family when editing. You could also set a height instance parameter, then you can just adjust those heights manually for each instance.

I can think of some other ways probably like above to do something like this, or perhaps using a curtain wall could also be a nice solution,<STRIKE> is it curved or straight? can't really tell </STRIKE>lol, actually pretty obvious nvm have to look better.

The manual set height by instance doesn't sound bad. It just would be a really tedious process considering i have like 3 nested families within the main Family. You can take a look at the family if you want but it's unfortunately not fully in English.

Although I haven't tried it yet, you might be able to fix that with the custom override for height correction.

Kein problem.
