We are having a problem with our logo:

When I create a Solid Fill hatch for our titleblock (regardless if I use 'Invisible Lines' or 'Thin Lines') the hatch does not extend all the way to the defined boundary. The first snippet is a printed PDF and the second is within Revit.

I have tried all possible Print Settings and even on Presentation Quality the hatching is still fuzzy when vector plotting. I also tried Importing a CAD solid fill hatch with the same result. I have tried two different PDF Drivers (PDF Creator and BioPDF)

We have received comments on the way our Company Logo looks when zooming in and it looks unprofessional.

The radius of the first arc is 21/64"

Has anyone experienced this issue?

Last resort would to be use an image but I don't know why Revit can't properly fill in a Solid Hatch region.

this is normal when dealing with solid fills and arcs. my company logo does the same thing, but when it is printed normal size you cant tell. you can only tell if someone zooms way in to the electronic image.

in a PDF, i have to zoom in 200% to start seeing it....

That was first solution I thought of and tried. The result was still the same and the arcs were not defined.

Absolutely :-). i was just pointing out that its odd that in the family it looks fine, no gaping no mater how close you zoom in. it is only after you load it into a project file and place it in a view that it acts like that.
