Hi,

I have a Project Base Point which has a -120(mm) elevation value. (So it's 120mm below the Survey Point) The first level is physically 120mm above the Project Base Point. But when i select this level and check the properties the elevation value shows 0.00 even though the level is using the Project Base point as referance.

Thanks for any kind of help.

check the rounding that is set in the family Label.

in this example my PBP is set to -2", but i have the rounding set in my Level Head family set to "0" decimal places.

Thanks for the reply. I checked the label. It is set to show 0 decimal places. It doesn't explain the 120mm difference. Besides i check with other level head families which works perfectly in other revit files but they didn't work on my file. Most likely it's not family related.

No this looks quite normal. My problem is elevation related. Level elevation seems 0.00 even though it's 12cm above the Project Base Point.

I managed to solve it. I think there's a bug on elevation info in Revit. It doesn't show the numbers in real time. I simply unclipped the Project Base Point moved it above the problematic level. Then moved it back to the original location and now the level shows the correct elevation. It's so strange even though i re-opened the file tens of times the level didn't read the current elevation of the Project Base Point.

Thanks all for the help.

I would suggest NOT duplicating the built-in "Elevation" Parameter. Instead, create another Label as a Calculated Parameter.
