Creating a Roof with Different Eave Heights -Trouble

Greetings,

I was following the instructions for Creating a Roof with Different Eave Heights (Link)

But got trouble with the procedure when joining the two roofs, because you need to pick a line and a surface, and that is not there in the instructions.

How can i do the roof in the link? (Image below)

Hi, the link in your coment isn´t working.

Are you using the Join/Unjoin Roof tool?

Here is an example to use it with diferent eaves heights

your Roof can be done from a single Roof by Footprint.

Offset from Roof Base. Then add overhang as Roof by Extrusion.
