Thank you @ constantin.stroescu

your solution works.

I search whole internet but your solution was best.

could just pls post or share pre-processing cad file before importing in Revit.

But I must say Revit is bad in importing and extrude cad files.

if possible pls forward my word to Revit development team.

Couple different ways you can do that.

Create an In-Place Model

Duplicate the default railing Panel-Glass and edit the panel

this would require you to put a short "railing" in the model to show.

place a piece of wall and edit the profile (not preferred)

Another option for the railing details is to create a curtain panels, as the pattern is repeated. Hmunsell's railing solution is also worth consideration. I would avoid modelling in place, or editing wall profiles, as this kind of modelling substantially slows down the model (and increases size).

For the other moulded decorations, these can be modelled in place, or create a wall based family. Consider if you actually need them to be modelled. I would suggest a line based detail family for elevations, or insert decals for rendering purposes.

errors are --

the line is too short
cannot have overlapping lines
Highlighted lines overlap. Lines may not form closed loops. total warning 70878

all the warnings are true:

Revit do not accept lines smaller that 0.8 mm

it does not accept X intersections and overlapping

and all the lines have to be closed profiles ( closed polylines in AutoCAD)

That's why the CAD file has to be double checked prior of importing it into Revit.

If there are a few overlapping lines that "escape" in imported into Revit , then you have to solve the warnings first. What it matters is the quality of the imported CAD file.

Even the attached file had 2 or 3 overlapping and I had to clean them in Revit (it is an easier task here)

I think ,now it is cleaned...

A few important things:

keep the same measure unit both in AutoCAD and Revit . I used mm in each application.

in AutoCAD:

Check not to have lines under 0.8 mm. If they are, then try to simplify the drawing, so to get rid of them.

Check overlapping : if my memory serves my right, AutoCAD has a function : kill overlapping

the quality of the CAD file is essential.

in Revit

only closed polylines will be taken in consideration for extrusion. If there are unclosed chain of lines then they have to be deleted....

About 8500 warnings you have mentioned in your post....Are there real number of warnings or the checked item ID ? I've seen rather big projects that have at most a couple of hundreds of warnings...

I tried with other files none of them is working. so the 2d cut is worked.

What about 3d work that is marked in blue ones. how to achieve that ( in question1.jpg).

I must say Revit is not good at importing cad files.

BTW, Thanks.

If you want a perforated screen or an extruded model like this:

then:

create a New Generic Model Face Based Family

load the image you want to model as background and use Extrusion

draw construction lines first

then , use Split Element (SL) , Trim and Trim Corner (TR) to obtain closed contours

and , Finish Edit Mode

Load the Family into Project and Place it onto a wall

in order to obtain a perforated screen create an opening into the wall

and you can place the Family on the wall or in an opening

if you want to place a more organic model onto the Wall , like this:

then you have to model it or/and combine a rough model made by Extrusion with a mapped material ( use the above image ) that will appear only in render image (you can obtain a very good result by using bump mask) , or with Model Lines drawn over the Extrusion ( as shown below)

create a New Face Based Family, load the bitmap as background , make a rough Extrusion and draw with Model Lines the details. The more work - the better result

load the Family into Project
