Cut plane not working

hello i am working on a project where i must show pipework. as i change the view range the pipework does not show even if its between the top plane and bottom plane.

the only way i can see the pipework is if the pipe intersects the cut plane.

could someone assist with this issue please ?

Change View Discipline. Set View Detail Level to Medium or Fine as well.
