My column family wont crop!!!

Hi everybody,

so I created a family with parameters for a project that im making, and I uploaded it to the project as an architectural column (but it has a roof). However when I go to the "Level 1" view I cant see what is underneath the roof, because it wont crop! I am desperate 😞

You will have to check a few settings

-How is your view range setup, is the cutplane below the roof part?

-Columns are a cuttable family, but (un)check this box (show family pre-cut in plan view) inside the column family

If this does not help, then consider uploading the (stripped) project with the column, so we can have a look

You need to edit the family and UNCHECK the box below.
