I am really losing it as I try to make a 3D plumbing layout appear as a previous one that I had done. If you study the two screen 'snips' below you will see one which is clear and one that is weirdly transparent and has jagged lines everywhere. Both views are using the same View Template, Pipe Systems, etc yet I cannot correct the second! Someone help please....

1 As I would like it:

Plumbing Issue 1.JPG

2. The one I am pulling my hair out over:

Plumbing Issue.JPG

Thank you

Check the view template to make sure everything is checked. Something is different between the views that is not being controlled by the template. It looks like scale and visual style, and possibly more.

In the view template properties:

-check if "model display" is set to any transparent value, set it to zero

-Check out if "v/g overrides model" or the one below "v/g overrides annotations" are included, change to not included

-set view template to "none", enter ok, press "vv" and check again if "model display" is set to any transparent value

You can specify a view template by deactivating it, setting it to "no view template", press ok, then you do an overwriting using "vv" on the keyboard, change the view template settings and then set it back to the normal usual view setting. So you use the defined setting but it is overwritten by the "vv" command.
