This is not uncommon. Revit provides Element IDs that are responsible. Inspect them (via "Show" or close out and "Select Element ID" on Manage Tab) and resolve the conflicts manually, if possible, or just let Revit resolve and inspect it after binding. From what I see in your screenshot it doesn't look too bad. Press "Unjoin Elements" and proceed.

Further readings through this link:

https://knowledge.autodesk.com/support/revit-products/troubleshooting/caas/CloudHelp/cloudhelp/2019/ENU/Revit-Troubleshooting/files/GUID-F0945713-4389-4F8E-B5DB-DCE03A8C1ADF-htm.html

As Bradley said you have to unjoin elements. If that didn't work, you may want to go into the link try cut the element and then paste at same place. This will normally resolved those issue.

Thanks for the response Bradley. How about unconstraint error. The Unjoin elements did solve the first error but don't know how to proceed with Constraint error

Click on this button and see what objects are constraint in the linked model. Remove it.
