Revit provides Element IDs that are responsible. Inspect them (via "Show" or close out and "Select Element ID" on Manage Tab) and resolve the conflicts manually, if possible, or just let Revit resolve and inspect it after binding. From what I see in your screenshot it doesn't look too bad. If that didn't work, you may want to go into the link try cut the element and then paste at same place.
