Hi @seamea12,

It seems that the issue you're encountering might be related to the underlay in your plan view. The underlay can display elements from other levels, like windows from different floors. I suggest turning off the underlay and checking your view range to ensure only elements from the correct level are shown. This should help fix the visualization problem you're experiencing.

Best regards.

Hi

I used plan region to show my widows at staircase. Unfortunatelly at level2 it shows window from level 3 although view range of plan region is right in my opinion. What's wrong?

[ The subject line of this post has been edited for clarity by @handjonathan Original: views]

Hi @seamea12,

If the planregion is to narrow around a object the display of that object can be off.

Try to increase the region, it may intersect with a hidden element/line from that family.

What happens, as a test, if you delete the planregion and set the view itself to those view ranges, does it display correctly now?

If it does shows correctly, the planregion was to narrow, increase it.

If not than it could have to do with that family placed level/offset and issue @barthbradley posted.

- Michel

Thank you for your advice. I manged to solve this problem in a simpliest way.Simply I hid that window in my layout , next I saw window from my proper level . ( It means I had views of 2 windows -although I dont know why?)I had to use plan region becouse range view of my layout didnt cut my window.) .Additionaly I increased my plan region. Any way it works

Regards

Jack
