Hello,
when rendering in cloud it seems the quality of the image is lacking. After downloading the image it becames more worse than viewing the image on the cloud.

Does someone know how I can improve the quality? The setting I used are final + large image.
My laptop has not high hardware equipments, so using external programs is not a possibility.

I am a student with a license, will the quality increase if I pay for the renderings? (like a render farm?)

@ToanDN @barthbradley

Have you tried to render into your computer?

Is it a much better result then in cloud?

If it is the same result , you have to work to materials , their mapping and the lights.

Normally the Rendering in Cloud is of high quality.

Do not render at high settings from the beginning.

Make ,first some tests at low settings that consume few or no credits, then when you are pleased with the result increase the setting quality ..

Take a look at these renderings (they are all made in Autodesk Cloud Rendering)...they are very good:

https://gallery.autodesk.com/a360rendering/projects#filters=%5B%5D&sort=popularity

Where can I adjust the setting quality? I cant find those? I can just choose among a few settings...

Look here how many Credits are consume on different settings:

Render Quality Standard with Image Size Medium - will need 0 credit

Number of Credits increase as quality increase....

The difference of qualities can be seen especially when you try to Zoom in, so you can make an opinion even using low settings...For tests I recommend the first option ( with 0 credits), then once pleased with the result increase quality.

Usually for final renderings , I use Final with Large (that means 2 credits...it's not to much, isn't it?)
