Try the Export to GBXML file, using a 3d view without predefined viewsettings. Here you see the errors in the model.

Perhaps there are non placed spaces? Check the schedule for non placed spaces and delete them.

And select only "building elements" and not conceptual masses (can it be selectet the same time? I think no).

For energy analysis there is no need to model the "open veranda" like shown in your Model.

Delete it and let the roof end connecting to the exterior wall.

And why are the walls coming out of the building?

For the floor use only one Element. And dont model a floor when there is no space above (inbetween the two building parts).

We have tried:

1. Updating Analytical Space/Surface Resolutions to their minimum.

2. Tried joining all walls, floors, and roofs.

3. Tried simplifying geometry to prevent gaps.

Attached are a few screenshots. We can provide a file of the model if needed.

We are using Revit 2021 and we have added spaces. We also have "Use Conceptual Masses and Building Elements" selected.
