Hello Guys,

I need your help on resolving my current issue on my revit 2021 wherein it doesn't seems to work after I launch it.

Appreciate some advise.

hello, thank you for your response. I don't know where should I check on this as I already used 2021 for the last 2 days. I've checked my task manager and the utilization seems to be fine and I can't find any solution regards on the above issue .

Is there anyway to determine where might the issue comes from?

Not sure if its still the case, but windows used to push updates on Tuesdays. Check to see any have been installed recently. Your journal might give you clues too.

What type of license are you using? Can you double check that you access? Maybe a VPN connection or something isn't connected?

hi mate, this issue re occur again after my PC was restarted. i had a quicked check on my journal and it looks like this.

Can you please help me find way how to fix this :(. I have a work again later and it will cause me too much. Appreciate some help

Can you tell me what type of license you are using? How are you connecting to that license.

Also, can you attach an actual journal file?

Would you mind reaching out to someone at your office to check? If it is a network license, work with them to make sure you have access and a good connection to that location.

Did you check to see if any windows updates had been installed?

hi matey, good day! I just noticed when my computer restarted I can't open the revit that's why I only do sleep mode for my computer at the mean time. this weekend I'll try to restart and see what will be the result. I'll let you know you the result tomorrow . thank you so much.
