Ref plane off axis

Hello,

How do I fix this error? Trying to edit a sweep but cannot even enter "edit in-place" The sweep is also red, but there are not filters or any graphic overrides added to it and I do not know how to remove the colour.

It's not an uncommon error, especially if you trace CAD linework.

From what I read above, it looks like a Family is struggling in the Project environment. Open the problem Family and find and correct the fault.

We can better troubleshoot if you post the file. Otherwise it's just a guessing game.

I can't edit the family because there is only an option to "edit in place". Someone else made this family but I do not know who and where they have saved the file.

Post the Project File (rvt) then.

On some projects, off axis reference planes/line are inevitable. They are not something to start worrying about unless you have started noticing odd/inconsistent behavior(s).

What you need to look into are all those broken sweeps and swept blends...You do that by locating/selecting the elements in question using their element ID show in the warning and try to figure out what is wrong with those elements.
