You may want to use parking as single stripe and then array it radially. You can download single stripe parking from Revitcity.

https://www.revitcity.com/downloads.php?action=view&object_id=677

Dynamo is an option.
The radial array is a bit fussy. You have to figure out how you want to place it. I use a line based family with an arc from point A to point B to give it the right length. Then you just have to input the radius. But you have to do a bunch of math.
Moving it over to Dyanmo for my own use so I can do splines, ellipses in addition to arcs.

For what you show, you can just Radial Array a stripe. Make sure the constraint width of a parking is the narrower dimension, so in your condition, it would be the entrance of the parking.

If you have a spline curve instead of an arc, you can host an adaptive stripe family on a divided path.

@Anonymous

FWIW, while simplifying the parking stall family to a single line/strip is the easiest solution, If you need to document additional features such as parking numbers, stall types (accessible, electric charging, small car, etc) which can be work included in the architectural package, I would suggest you adapt the default rectangular stall with the ability to model the angles formed by each side.

This will allow you to control that the mouth of the stall has the proper width according to local regulations, include visibility parameters for displaying the painted symbols and tagging to the center of the stall or stall opening.

Hope this helps,

-luc

The larger point of my contribution, is that every single one of those "wedgies" are created by radial-arraying the OOTB "9' x 18' - 90 deg" Parking Space Family.
