Feature Request: Control "Show Annotation Categories in This View" for Linked Revit Files via API

Description
Currently, there is no method in the Revit API to programmatically control the "Show Annotation Categories in This View" option within the Revit Link Display Settings (Annotation Categories tab) in the Visibility/Graphics (V/G) Overrides dialog for linked Revit files. This setting is essential for projects that use linked files and require consistent annotation visibility control across multiple views.

Use Case
In projects where multiple views reference linked Revit models, it is often necessary to hide annotation categories from these links for clarity and performance. Manually configuring this setting for each view and link can be time-consuming and error-prone. Having API access to control this setting would streamline workflows and improve efficiency, especially when working with large or complex models that rely on linked files.

I can't believe this has still not been added. We work on models with many linked models where we have to set this manually and can take such a long time. If Revit's API gave us access to set to custom and control the "Show Annotation Categories in This View" option within the Revit Link Display Settings programmatically it would save us so much time!
