Coordinate Base setting during IFC export

Hello,

I'm building an addin where I change the project location and coordinate system directly via API (so no acquiring from other model or dwg) and so far all properties / coordinates in the Survey Point and in the Location tab look correct - well maybe aside from the timezone description, but whatever.
Now when I try to export the project as IFC, I noticed an issue (?) in the Geographic Reference tab with Eastings and Northings being 0 when the Coordinate Base is set to Shared Coordinates. These parameters are populated correctly when I switch the base to any other option e.g. Survey Point. Also only when set to Shared Coordinates, I'm getting the "very far from origin" error if I attempt to export.

Is this the intended behavior or did I break something with positions/locations/coordinates?
