Delete DesignOptionSet

I have an Addin which cleans up a Revit file prior to sending to other consultants.

I would like to automate removal of Design Options. I am ok with removing the Design Options and moving elements to the main model but cannot find a way of removing the DesignOptionSets (not mentioned in the CHM file).

Is there a way? ( I am writing this for R2014, R2015 and R2016)

Hi Paul,

For what I can see in our system a similar Enhancement Request has been asked in the past. CF-66 API ability to create and modify DesignOptionSets/DesignOptions, I have added your comments to the request so it gets more priority on it. Please keep the number for your record and to request a status update in the future.

Unfortunately I don't have a workaround for this at the moment. Thank you for your collaboration and patience.
