Error loading family

Can any one please help. I can't load any family files to any project. the file location is empty....

I have installed the content library, for revit 2016, and now upgraded to Revit 2017. with the content library.

Still nothing. I cannot find the content anywhere on my drive to change the path...

At the end of my tether now. been trying for days...

Hi. Thanks for the download, appears to be good.

Would you be bale to tell me the correct file path to place them? as in the correct file path that I should set up in Revit options..

Copy the files to the following path:

"C:\ProgramData\Autodesk\RVT 2016"

and overwrite the existing files if needed
