Set default annotation crop offset Revit Api

Hello everyone, I try to set default of Annotation Crop offset.

I find setting annotation crop offset of a view in RightAnnotationCropOffset, LeftAnnotationCropOffset, BottomAnnotationCropOffset, LeftAnnotationCropOffset.

But I don't know how to set default offset whenever I create a callout or section.

Any ideas, please. Thank you very much.

Hi @Anonymous,

You will probably need to use an iUpdater to modify the offsets of newly created viewers.

There are examples of an iUpdater in the SDK, and searching this forum and thebuildingcoder will turn up further examples.

The SDK can be downloaded from here: https://www.autodesk.com/developer-network/platform-technologies/revit

Once you have the sample solution (SDKSamples) open in Visual Studio (or another IDE), search for 'iupdater'. There are a couple of examples.
