Hi,

Please let me know, can i set the parameter value when the parameter are read only and user modifiable (Both are true) in RVT.

You cannot set the value of a read-only parameter. Its value is probably controlled by the BIM constraints in a more complex way.

You can set user modifiable parameter values.
