Is it possible to get the scan location affected to a pointCloud object?

I'd like control the visibility of pointcloud elements in C#

while I am not sure on your question by 'control the visibility of pointcloud elements'. It sounds you want to toggle some sections of point cloud instance visible or not? Or while point cloud instance?
