Revit elements deleting

Hi,

I've been working in a large project (20 members team). I want take full control of some elements in my Revit project, Like if I import cad in a floor plan(Pinned) one of my team member(unpin) deleted it. So now I want to give permission on Revit to them before deleting, finally Without my permission on Revit they couldn't be delete that cad. Is there any option in Revit ?

Please Help me Regarding this.

Put the elements in a workset and check out.

project Going on N numbers of days at every day end I have to synchronize my work the next day they will deleted it.

So after my sync and relinquish also it's need to be ask permission to delete. is there any way like that ?
