Mass family error revit 2023

Hi! I am new to this forum, so I apologize in advance if this is posted incorrectly. 
I get these error messages when I try to open/import mass families to revit 23. 
(See pictures below). 
Has anyone had the same problem?

Please note that this discussion forum is dedicated to programming Revit using the Revit API.

Afaict from your description, you are not doing anything programmatically yourself using the Revit API, just using the standard Revit user interface.

I am afraid you cannot expect an answer to a question like yours relating to product setup, optimisation, usage, or other end-user support issues here.

You should try one of the non-API Revit product support discussion forums instead for that:

The people there are better equipped to address this topic than us programming nerds.

If you are using the latest and the issue persists, then the best course of action for both yourself and others would be to open a support case directly with Autodesk via your contract administrator.
