I've started working in an office since this May. I created a dozen of scripts that are very useful to my team. For the first time, I start developing the custom ribbon and buttons. My first project is to build a custom browser for existing dynamo scripts. I had a chance to introduce some scripts to my team. But if it's possible, I'd like to make a custom ribbon so that people can easily access to the files with a brief instruction of the script. I'd highly appreciate if I can have some advices. I've been trying to do something with WPF, but sadly, I'm kind of stuck now. Thank you so much for your time and help in advance.

pyRevit is the way to go for internal custom tool development and deployment.

You can deploy Visual Basic, Python, Dynamo and C scripts all with one tool.
