Pasting elements without unchecking crop view

How great would it be if whenever I wanted to copy an element from one view to another that I wouldn't have to uncheck Crop View. The fact that this isn't just cooked into Revit at this point is baffling. I'm clearly annoyed. Just let me paste whatever I want, wherever I want. Like literally every other program that's ever existed.
