missing sync with central progress pop up dialog box

a couple of us in Revit 2023 have had the sync with central dialog box that normally appears showing the progress of the sync disappear. The project still syncs to AutodeskDocs. The window is not on another monitor that either of us can see and does not reappear when only using the main laptop monitor. Any ideas?

Afaict from your description, you are not doing anything programmatically yourself using the Revit API, just using the standard Revit user interface.

In that case, you might get more optimal answers to a question like yours relating to product setup, optimisation, usage, and other end-user support issues in one of the non-API Revit product support discussion forums instead:
