revit 2025 rename type

how come in revit 2025 i can not change name of type of this text note ?
it throw error Could not load file or assembly 'ASObjectsMgd, Version=1.0.8927.19499, Culture=neutral, PublicKeyToken=null'. The system cannot find the file specified.

how can it be readonly and user can modify it ?

Hi @Ameer_Mansour_WSP ,

If a parameter is read-only, its value cannot be modified using the API.

However, if the parameter is read-only but user-modifiable, its value can be changed manually through the user interface (UI) but not via the API.

but it doesn't make sense to have something that user can modify and not by Revit API!
it is such big limitation to the idea of revit api and automating workflows

especially for name property as in revit api . I can set Element.name directly without the parameter!
