    <description>&lt;P&gt;it all depends on how the family was made. Family are general made with Parameters constraining different dimensions. If those parameters are Instance Parameters, you should get grips to modify the constraint. if there Type parameters, your wont get the grips.&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Olá pessoal / Hello Guys!&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Gostaria de saber se existe algum jeito esticar (dimensionar ou redimensionar) uma família em apenas um eixo (x, y ou z). Por exemplo: fazer uma árvore mais alta, ou fazer um sofá mais largo ou uma mesa mais comprida sem mexer nos outros eixos ou medidas. Eu sei que é possível editando a família. Não seria esse caso também. Seria algo simple como o "scale" do skecthup.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I would like to know if there is any way to stretch (scale or resize) a family on just one axis (x, y or z). For example: to make a taller tree, or to make a wider sofa or a longer table without touching the other axes or measures. I know it's possible to edit the family. That would not be the case either. It would be as simple as the "scale" of skecthup.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Yes if the family contain parameter that allows you resize X, Y, Z.       <description>&lt;P&gt;@Anonymous&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Como o pessoal bem respndeu, n é possível escolnar desta maneira. Existe a possibildiade do parâmetro, quando ele existir.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;De qualquer forma, só pra a gente pensar junto um pouco: a ferramenta Scale faz muito sentido em softwares CAD pra acelerar o desenho. No BIM, na construção real, deixa de fazer sentido. Imagine, por ex, uma mesa de centro. O pé dela com ... 3cm x3cm... Você escalona pra ficar uam mesa maior e o pé fica com 10cm... na prática n existe...&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Outro exmplo... um parafuso de uma cadeira que vc escalonou e ficou da espessura do dedão do pé ou da finura de uma agulha... Entende qual a bronca na prática?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
