ReCap Photo project error: unable to get the storage information

Recap Photo do not create a new project from a series of photos with report: unable to get the storage information
That lasts a couple of weeks, reinstalled all the software and downloaded all the updates, what's the problem. Disk 360 is available through the browser, enough space

Has anyone encountered this problem? what do you advise

Thank you for participating in our Community! Please, check your A360 project drive folder and make sure you have storage available. If not then you may have to clean-up your A360 project drive including trash folder then try again. If possible provide screen capture of A360 project drive.

I have enough space on the 360 disk, but have I cleaned it anyway.

When I run the program it shows the old list of projects that are no longer on the 360 drive, it seems that it does not connect to the 360 drive, at all

Hi @Anonymous,

Are you login to ReCap Photo and A360 drive using correct credentials? Also, try login out from A360 drive and ReCap Photo then try login using correct ID. Let me know if this helps.
