Greetings,

I used to work with Pix4g for my photogrametric projects, but after purchasing AOC Collection, I started using ReCap Photo. I´ve been having some issues dealing with the program, for example, do I need to spend cloud point every time I need to reprocess my project? For example, sometimes when it´s windy during a flight and the drone happens to be struck by a gust of wind some photos end up taken very badly. Using Pix4g we can correct these specifics photos by reprocessing the project. So let´s say that during a specific flight, my vant takes a gust of wind and after processing, I notice that the images need to be corrected, so I correct them, and therefore, I need to reprocess my project. Therefore, I ask you, do I need to spend the cloud points again or there is another way to solve this?

hi @gardenprojetos,

Thank you for participating in our online community.

There is not resubmit option in ReCap Photo. Therefore, yes you will have to use cloud credits to process the project again.

If images have atleast 60% and close to 80% overlap, the scene is in focus, there is no motion blur and exposure is set correctly, it will result in successful reconstruction. For Aerial captures, using automated UAV flight controller/mapper one can generate very robust captures for photogrammetry as all the above mentioned quality parameters can be controlled.

Please “Accept As Solution” if a reply or replies have helped resolve the issue or answered your question, to help others in the community.
