Hi Zhaoyang Ma

This is ok for 2d panorama images, yes. What i need is the 360 spherical images staying attached to my point cloud when i export as RCP/RCS, at the minute the point cloud stays but for some reason removes the 360 sphere locations and images?

So i have a registered scan of about 5 scans in total with realviews for each scan position. My intention is to send this project via google dropbox to a client who also uses Recap pro, so they can see the same as i do. Is this Possible? If so what files should i need to send? At the minute i am sending the RCP file, and the support file. My client says the scan loads fine with the point cloud and the spheres for the scan locations but when he clicks a sphere to show realview it says “panorama realview images cannot be found for this scan location”.

Any help granted appreciated.

Thanks

Hi @aaron_cotney,

For "support file" in "i am sending the RCP file, and the support file", do you mean the project support folder which stays at the same folder as the RCP file, and all the files in the project support folder (the "Temporary Cache Files" folder in the project support folder is not required)? If so, the mirror balls will appear when the project is opened in ReCap Pro.

But as you mentioned that RealVIEW could not be displayed, it looks like some files are missing from the project support folder. Could you check whether there are RCC (.rcc) files in the project support folder?

Actually you can try to open the project locally to check whether you can see RealVIEW first.

If the above suggestions do not help, may I know the following?

Are your client using ReCap Pro to open the project? Which version of ReCap Pro is used?

Are your client seeing a dialog like the following?
