3D project waiting in queue: can we turn off our computer during this step?

Hi,

I am using for the first time Autodesk Recap Photo and have just sent a 3D project to the Autodesk team.

Now that my project is in "waiting in queue" step, I want to know if I can turn off my computer, or if I have to let it run (if the Recap software need to be link to the network to finish my project) ?

Hi Steven,

After the project is successfully submitted to the our cloud server, it is safe to close ReCap Photo or shut down the computer since the heavy workload of the computation is happening on our end. When the project is completed you will receive a notification of the project completion and your project should sync the next time you open ReCap Photo.
