You need to force the software to shut down in order to restart it.</P><P>After this problem occurs, the file becomes so heavy and so slow that it crashes the software and makes it unusable.</P><P>I have tried installing all the graphics card updates and also installing the 2025 version of the software, but nothing has changed.<BR /><BR /></P><P>The workflow I use consists of exporting the point cloud from Faro Scene, passing it through ReCap in order to use the point cloud in Revit or Autocad. The problem appears when, once I have imported the point cloud into ReCap, I start to clean it up and divide it into regions, saving the file from time to time. At a certain point the saving freezes at 95% and uses 100% of the CPU. I've tried waiting even more than 2 hours, but the situation doesn't unblock and I have to force the software to stop.</P><P>At that point the file becomes so heavy for the PC that I can't even load the cloud completely. I have tried importing the point cloud into ReCap in different formats (.rcp, ASCII files, .e57, etc.) but the problem always returns in the same way.</P><P>I have installed the latest updates for the graphics card and ReCap.</P><P>&nbsp;</P><P>How can I solve it?
