Find the 3D model generated by Recap Photo.

I am a new user of recap, and I have some problems when I use recap photo to generate 3D model. After uploading the photos, I didn't find the model in a360 (my account is a free account certified by education), only found the pictures. I don't know what to do next. I want to know where the problem is.

Open Recap Photo. In the bottom left you should find a section called my Cloud drive (see photo attached). There you will find the models you have generated. You can download them to you local drive by pressing the arrow down button.

Thank you for your answer. When the progress of the photo project reaches 100%, I don't find the download prompt, and the completed project window disappears. What's left is just the ongoing project, is it the network reason? Or something?
