&lt;P&gt;Sorry for long-waiting, can you public more info about it Case:&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;1. Has model in AS/Navisworks the geolocation or model was builded in "zero" coordinates?&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;2. Is your model of ReCap have geolocation [placed in some coordinate system] - these questions are important, because if you data have different coordinates software can crashed.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;You can try other way - import ReCap model to Navisworks - if that operation will successful, go to ReCap and try retry it there.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;3.What size of NWD/RCP file? May be there are little system resources to finish it operation and you need optimize it process?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>Hi&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;I try the same method on another pc and it works. I can’t try more because Navisworks don’t recognise license connection !!!&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;My windows is a virtual one under PARALLELS using a MacBook Pro. Recap crash when I pass in Realview.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;It zooms and crash !!&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;</description>
