    <description>&lt;P&gt;The Failure appears at every project. When I reconnect the Scanner it works. (Sometimes it works after 5x reconnecting) really annoying&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Report: logs_req_dl_image(): IR image index too large&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Code: Unknown&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Failure: logs_error_invalid_parameter&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks for Help&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Regards&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
