My 3D Creation Waiting in Queue

Hello,

I have tried to create a 3D project from scanned photos I have on my laptop. It appears that both times the creation process has gotten stuck on the queue not moving from 1% for hours. I would appreciate any assistance with this issue.

Hi @rubenbe75Y2NRW ,

Are you using a Student/Educational License? If Yes, Student jobs can take a while to process due to congestion in the queues.

Also if you are not using an Educational License, I highly recommend updating ReCap Photo to the latest version that now supports Autodesk Drive. From your screenshot, I still see it's using A360 as the backend.

But if you're on an Educational license, please do not update now as there is an issue with EDU licenses for Autodesk Drive that the team is looking at.
