ReCap Photo 2022 png export fails

Hello Everyone,

I having an issue with ReCap 2022 version 22.0.0.788 on Windows 10.

When I try to export a .png file the software shows an alert message telling me that the process failed.

I reinstalled Recap, but the problem is still present.

If you have any suggestion I will appreciate!

Would it be possible to provide a screenshot of the error you are receiving? Best to also make sure your graphics drivers are up to date.

Also, did you experience this issue in ReCap 2021 as well?
