      <title>Recap Pro 2022 is processing scans dark on laptop but Recep Pro 2021 is fine on desktop</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;When I process the scans on my laptop (RP 2022) they come in very dark and with black lines when trying to register them. However, when I take the same scan (.fls) to my desktop (RP 2021) they process no problem. Is there a bug in RP 2022 as I'm not upgrading my desktop until this gets fixed or I would be dead in the water??&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;Thank you for reporting this issue.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Could you help to confirm that the same raw scan is imported to ReCap2021 on the same machine of ReCap 2022 or it is on a different machine? The raw scan is parsed through Faro SDK so different Faro SDK installed on different machines may cause the result difference. You can check the Faro LS version in the installed program page.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;If it is on the same machine, could you share a sample .fls file that can reproduce this issue with us for further investigation?&lt;/P&gt;
