    <description>&lt;P&gt;Scene is loaded on my main pc at the office which has no problem with Recap. I don't know which Scene version and wont know till I get there again.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The Recap on that pc was installed last July 2014 and has not been updated. I've noticed some minor anomolies in the point cloud but, not serious stuff.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Comments:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The Lenovo has Scene and Recap and works fine.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The laptop has the fully updated Recap and no Scene and will not load.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I did a test scan this morning with very low parameters, no color and about a minute and a half duration and it didn't load either. I am suspecting an incomplete installation or outright bad installation. I don't think it's the laptop.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I will uninstall and reinstall when I get back.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;any thoughts?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
