    <description>&lt;P&gt;Did you apply the same hotfixes on both machines. As ReCap is still version 1.x, there are HotFixes every month: download from &lt;A href="http://knowledge.autodesk.com/support/recap/downloads#?sort=score" target="_blank"&gt;http://knowledge.autodesk.com/support/recap/downloads#?sort=score&lt;/A&gt; all Hotfixes and apply them one by one until you have version 1.4.2.8 on both machines.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Also, check the fixed item about the Faro 5.3 file format. If the Faro Scene is only on one of both computers, it may be the case that you have different Faro DLL's on both computyers.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
