As ReCap is still version 1.x, there are HotFixes every month: download from <A href="http://knowledge.autodesk.com/support/recap/downloads#?sort=score" target="_blank">http://knowledge.autodesk.com/support/recap/downloads#?sort=score</A> all Hotfixes and apply them one by one until you have version 1.4.2.8 on both machines.</P><P>Also, check the fixed item about the Faro 5.3 file format.
